I bought this preowned but it ended up being too small in the waist for me (my waist is 27.5). This dress fits the following measurements:
Bust: 33
Waist: 26
Hips: 35
Height: 5’9
Alterations include shortened straps, bra cups sewed in, French bustle, open back, hips taken in slightly (still seam allowance), and loop on train for holding.
Little flaws- some marks at the end of train/loop as pictured.
